TheNetCircle builds, develops and supports web-communities for clients that wish to create and grow a large web-community that reaches over the 1,600,000 users mark. We have specialist knowledge and proven experience of meeting the unique demands of heavy-traffic and high-load web-platforms: scalable systems that serve over 170 million page views per month and deliver web-applications to over 14,000 concurrent users.

We're now on the lookout for native German, French, Spanish, Dutch, Portuguese and Italian interns to join our young, fun, innovative and diverse team in Shanghai. Ideal candidates will be enthusiastic and adventurous, good at getting things done, and love multitasking.

What you'll be doing:

• Translate the website into the target language Extend customer support to users in the relevant region Create and update city listings within the directory
• Render support and assistance to the team (this will NOT include making coffee!)

Requirements:

• Native German / French / Spanish / Dutch / Portuguese / Italian speaker : You will need to possess excellent creative writing skills in your mother tongue
• A great personality and an extroverted character who likes engaging people around him/her
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Ability to multitask and an eye for detail
• Customer service experience is a plus

The length of this internship will be 3-6 months and will be a full-time position. The start and end dates of the practicum, as well as the exact hours you work each day will be flexible with regard to your academic schedule, but you'll be expected to produce results. A small internship remuneration is offered for this position, and yummy food and drinks are available in the office everyday. And, if we really fall in love with you, this practicum will culminate into a full-time job offer.
